From a Tier-3 college in Ahmedabad to JP Morgan Chase in the UK — this is how it happened.

Ahmedabad Institute of Technology
Started engineering — not the brightest student either. Got remedials in the first and third semesters. But I kept going.
Graduated. No Job. Worked at a Call Centre.
Couldn't land a real tech job for almost a year after graduating. Took a call centre job just to survive while figuring out my next move.
Moved to Bangalore. 6-Month Bootcamp.
A well-wisher advised me to go to Bangalore and join a bootcamp. I studied 10-12 hours a day, learning everything from scratch.
Cracked Wipro
The grind paid off. Cracked Wipro in May 2015 and started my professional journey in tech. Finally, a real job.
Went Onsite
Overperformed consistently and earned an onsite opportunity. The work ethic that got me through the bootcamp was now opening bigger doors.
Cognizant — UK Skilled Worker Visa
Joined Cognizant and moved to the UK on a Skilled Worker visa. From a call centre in Ahmedabad to working in the United Kingdom.
JP Morgan Chase
Joined JP Morgan Chase in June 2023 as a Senior Software Engineer. One of the biggest financial institutions in the world.
